  • At least 293 civilians were killed and 1,990 injured in Ukraine in June 2026. Following the sharp increase documented in May, civilian casualties continued to rise, reaching the highest total number of civilians killed and injured since April 2022.1 The June civilian casualties were 10 per cent higher than in May 2026 (282 killed; 1,794 injured) and 37 per cent higher than in June 2025 (249 killed; 1,416 injured).

This is an 18 per cent increase compared with April 2025 (223 killed; 1,169 injured) and a 13 per cent inсrease compared with March 2026 (216 killed; 1,242 injured).

  • In March 2026, at least 211 civilians were killed and 1,206 injured, representing a 49 per cent increase compared with February 2026 (191 killed; 759 injured) and a 29 per cent increase compared with March 2025 (178 killed; 922 injured). The number of civilian casualties in March is the highest since July 2025.
