Secretary-General's 2017 annual report on the protection of civilians in armed conflict

The present report is submitted pursuant to the request contained in the statement by the President of the Security Council of 25 November 2015 (S/PRST/2015/23). It also responds to the Council’s request, in its resolution 2286 (2016), for reporting on the protection of medical care in armed conflict.
