The United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU) today published a new report on the human rights situation in Ukraine.
The report covers the period from 1 August to 30 November 2023.

Background: The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU) has monitored the human rights situation in the country for over a decade, issuing regular reports. Since the full-scale armed attack by the Russian Federation against Ukraine on 24 February 2022, HRMMU has focused on the human rights impact of the war, documenting violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law.
