Today our Head of Mission, Danielle Bell, presented HRMMU’s new report on attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The report describes the 2024 attacks and the reverberating harm to the civilian population.
Ms. Bell emphasized the need for accountability and for coordinated support to repair energy systems and assist vulnerable populations, particularly in the upcoming winter.
