Yesterday, our Deputy Head of Mission Noel Calhoun spoke about our work in documenting human rights violations at a conference organized by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and devoted to the situation in Ukrainian territory occupied by Russia.
Some of the discussions focused on what Ukraine’s international partners can do to mitigate the adverse impact of the occupation. Ms Calhoun said a key purpose of Mission’s work was to help policymakers analyze patterns, inform decisions, and ultimately support efforts to ensure accountability.
